These terms describe access to LowVolt Command software and related managed services. Order-specific plan, region, term and implementation details shown at checkout or in an approved order form are part of the agreement.
Service roles
LowVolt Command provides contractor software. Subscriber contractors remain responsible for the installation services, customer commitments, prices, taxes, permits, licenses, warranties and payment destinations they present to their customers.
Accounts and company workspaces
The subscriber must provide accurate company and owner information, protect account access, assign appropriate employee roles and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. A friendly company URL is not authorization; access is controlled by the signed-in user, workspace, role and entitlement.
Finite access and manual renewal
Complete Solo, Complete Team and Managed Company are finite one-time purchases for one, three or twelve months of access. No purchase schedules an automatic future charge. Continuing access requires a new manual purchase. Annual pricing equals ten monthly access purchases. Private Managed remains an annual, discovery-led order subject to an approved implementation scope.
Trials
An eligible verified business may receive one protected current-contract trial workspace with one owner, up to five active projects and 25 CRM contacts. The current version provides seven days of literal full platform access followed by 30 days of retained read-only access. During those first seven days it includes clean plan and proposal deliverables, customer links, sharing, export and proposal sending. Customer payment collection still requires eligible paid access and a separately configured supported merchant destination. Older trial grants keep the restrictions and duration recorded with their prior promise. Additional eligibility, misuse prevention and expiry rules appear in the Trial Terms.
Subscriber customer payments
A LowVolt software-access purchase does not connect the subscriber’s merchant account. When configured, an accepted proposal may hand the subscriber’s customer to the subscriber’s own supported payment destination. The subscriber is responsible for that merchant relationship, customer charge and refund obligations.
Expiry, suspension and retained data
A finite access purchase remains active for the exact one-, three- or twelve-month term recorded with its order unless a verified refund, reversal, fraud, security or acceptable-use event changes that authority. No automatic charge extends the term. When an otherwise valid paid term expires without renewal, the matching paid modules enter exactly seven days of read-only renewal grace. At the end of that grace they become expired and locked until a verified manual-renewal purchase restores authority. Trial modules become read-only at day seven and trial-derived access is denied at day 37. Required order, security and audit history may be retained after access ends.
Acceptable use and platform integrity
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use policy. Users may not bypass entitlements, probe another company workspace, misuse secure customer links, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Changes, support and mandatory rights
Plan features, supported integrations and operational procedures may change through supported releases. Material order terms remain those recorded with the order and entitlement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
