1. Program ownership and access
LowVoltCommand.com owns affiliate enrollment, review, referral attribution, commission records, dashboards, reconciliation, and manual payout review. Affiliate access is separate from every customer workspace. Participation never gives an affiliate access to CRM, Proposal Center, Plan Studio, customer files, company records, workspace roles, or tenant data.
2. Approval and locked rate
Applications are reviewed manually. An application is not approved until LowVoltCommand.com records an approval. Affiliates approved while the founding rate is in effect receive a locked commission rate of 30 percent (3,000 basis points). A later change to the default rate applies prospectively only to affiliates approved after that change and does not lower an already locked rate.
3. Qualifying collected payments
"Lifetime commission" means commission on every qualifying payment actually collected from the referred customer while that customer remains validly attributed to the affiliate. It does not mean a commission on an invoice, cart, failed payment, cancelled payment, unpaid balance, complimentary access, tax, shipping, fees, or an excluded product or service.
The initial supported catalog consists only of specifically allowlisted one-time monthly, quarterly, and annual manual-access purchases and their qualifying paid manual renewals. Automatic subscription billing is not included unless a later written program version and tested adapter expressly add it. Private managed services, setup, training, custom work, and any product not expressly allowlisted are excluded.
4. Attribution
A referral must use a valid opaque referral link and produce a verified referral proof. LowVoltCommand.com may permanently bind the first valid proof to the customer's immutable LVCMD company identifier. The human-readable affiliate code is display-only and does not establish attribution. Duplicate, replayed, invalid, revoked, expired, or conflicting proofs do not create a new attribution.
5. Hold and review
Each qualifying commission is held for 30 days after the qualifying payment is actually collected. A held or available amount is not a completed payout. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually and remain subject to reconciliation, fraud review, refunds, chargebacks, and these terms.
Any payout minimum, payout provider, supported payout country or territory, and required payout-method details will be disclosed to and confirmed by the affiliate before a payout method is enabled. These terms do not promise a particular minimum, provider, country list, or payment date.
6. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, payment reversals, and recovered collection errors reduce or reverse the related commission proportionally, up to the original commission. Reversals are retained as separate records and do not erase the original event. If a reversal exceeds unpaid commission, LowVoltCommand.com may carry the balance forward for manual reconciliation, subject to applicable law.
7. Privacy, promotion, and isolation
Affiliates may receive only their own program status, referral link, privacy-safe aggregates, and their own commission and payment rows. Affiliates must use lawful, accurate promotion, disclose the affiliate relationship where required, and must not impersonate LowVoltCommand.com, make unsupported claims, send unlawful unsolicited messages, or attempt to obtain customer or tenant data.
8. Tax responsibility
The affiliate is responsible for its own tax registrations, filings, invoices, and liabilities. LowVoltCommand.com may require lawful tax or identity documentation before enabling a payout method or making a payout.
9. Suspension and termination
LowVoltCommand.com may suspend or reject participation for fraud, misuse, legal risk, security risk, policy violations, or inaccurate application information. Reinstatement is a manual reviewed decision. Suspension stops new referral-link authority but does not silently rewrite retained attribution, commission, refund, or audit records.
10. Changes
Program terms may be changed by publishing a new version. Pending applicants must accept the current version before approval. Approved affiliate rate snapshots remain locked as stated above. Material changes affecting existing participation will be handled through a versioned acceptance or other notice required by law.
