Current LowVolt monthly, quarterly and annual access products are finite one-time purchases. They do not schedule an automatic future charge. The rules below explain payment cancellation, refunds and access treatment while preserving any mandatory regional rights.
No recurring cancellation required
No current public access purchase creates an automatic renewal schedule, so there is no future recurring charge to cancel. A customer may abandon or cancel an unpaid checkout without receiving access. Continued access requires a separate manual purchase. Private Managed changes follow its approved annual order scope.
Refund requests
Refund requests must identify the order and authorized company owner through the secure Contact workflow. Requests are evaluated against material use, delivered setup or training, implementation work, payment status, the applicable order terms and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Entitlement effect
When a full refund is approved before material use, paid access is suspended while necessary order, entitlement and audit records are preserved. Partial refunds require operator review because seats, training, migration, setup or other services may already have been delivered.
Chargebacks and fraud review
A chargeback, payment reversal or credible fraud signal may suspend access and open an operator review. A pending investigation does not authorize deletion or alteration of order and audit evidence.
Expiry and data
Paid authority lasts for the exact one-, three- or twelve-month access term recorded with the order unless a verified refund, reversal or other authorized event changes it. No automatic charge extends that term. After ordinary paid expiry, the matching paid modules receive exactly seven days of read-only renewal grace and then become expired and locked until a verified manual-renewal purchase restores authority. Retention and verified data requests follow the published Privacy notice and applicable obligations.
Private Managed work
Private Managed discovery, setup, migration, integration, training and environment charges follow the approved order form because the work and operational commitments are customer-specific.
