The LowVolt Command trial is a real private evaluation workspace with saved work. It is distinct from the public resettable demos and is subject to the limits below.
Eligibility
The trial is intended for a verified low-voltage business or authorized evaluator. The current policy allows one trial per verified business, email and device-risk policy, subject to an audited owner override for a legitimate evaluation.
Duration and included access
The trial lasts 30 days from activation and includes one verified company workspace, one owner, Plan Studio, Proposal Center, Sales CRM, up to five active projects, 25 CRM contacts and 10 official watermarked plan or proposal previews.
Trial boundaries
Trial screens and official plan/proposal previews carry a visible trial watermark. Trial users may save private drafts and use cross-application handoff, but customer delivery or status advancement, clean sharing/export, bulk export, API access, external mail integration and customer payment collection remain unavailable until paid access is active and the subscriber separately configures an approved merchant destination.
Expiry and retention
At the end of 30 days, trial authority expires and the workspace locks immediately. Trial data is retained in the locked workspace for at least 30 days so an eligible membership can keep the same company without rebuilding its work.
Conversion
A verified monthly or annual membership upgrades the existing eligible trial workspace. Pending, failed, canceled or unverifiable subscription payments do not grant paid access. Seat, project, training and environment limits follow the purchased membership.
Abuse and extension
Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, unlawful or security-threatening use may be blocked or ended. LowVolt Operations may extend a legitimate trial only with an audited reason; an extension is not guaranteed.
Questions or verified policy requests can be submitted through the secure Contact page. Applicable mandatory regional rights remain in effect.
