These terms describe access to LowVolt Command software and related managed services. Order-specific plan, region, term and implementation details shown at checkout or in an approved order form are part of the agreement.
Service roles
LowVolt Command provides contractor software. Subscriber contractors remain responsible for the installation services, customer commitments, prices, taxes, permits, licenses, warranties and payment destinations they present to their customers.
Accounts and company workspaces
The subscriber must provide accurate company and owner information, protect account access, assign appropriate employee roles and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. A friendly company URL is not authorization; access is controlled by the signed-in user, workspace, role and entitlement.
Membership billing and cancellation
Complete Solo, Complete Team and Managed Company are recurring memberships billed monthly or annually. Annual pricing equals ten monthly payments. Membership renews at the selected cycle until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge while access continues through the period already paid. Private Managed remains an annual, discovery-led order subject to an approved implementation scope.
Trials
An eligible verified business may receive one 30-day protected trial workspace with one owner, up to five active projects, 25 CRM contacts and 10 official plan or proposal previews. Trial screens and previews are watermarked; customer delivery, clean sharing/export, bulk export, API access, external mail integration and customer payment collection are unavailable. Subscriber customer payments
A LowVolt membership purchase does not connect the subscriber’s merchant account. When configured, an accepted proposal may hand the subscriber’s customer to the subscriber’s own supported payment destination. The subscriber is responsible for that merchant relationship, customer charge and refund obligations.
Expiry, suspension and retained data
A canceled paid membership remains active through its paid billing period, then enters a seven-day read-only grace period before locking. Trial access locks immediately at expiry, and its private data is retained for at least 30 days. Refund, chargeback, fraud, security or acceptable-use events may suspend access for review without erasing required records or audit history.
Acceptable use and platform integrity
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use policy. Users may not bypass entitlements, probe another company workspace, misuse secure customer links, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Changes, support and mandatory rights
Plan features, supported integrations and operational procedures may change through supported releases. Material order terms remain those recorded with the order and entitlement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
